In

Nestling at
the foot of the Maures Hills,
bordered by the Mediterranean Sea
between Provence and the French Riviera,

the town offers 35,000 acres

one of the South France's rare
authentic, and unspoiled holiday
destinations.
Thanks to the its
remarkable 7000-hectare bay
and exceptional water sports facilities,

awarded the "Station Voile" water
sports label; it also flies
the European Blue Flag at its
ports and beaches in recognition
of its pure coastal waters.
Hyères
has been awarded a 4-flower "City
in Bloom" prize every year
for its delightful local parks
and gardens.
